Special Guests:
Efficiency Nova Scotia – Efficiency Nova Scotia will be sharing information with folks on the many energy efficiency programs that Nova Scotians can take advantage of to improve their energy efficiency. Efficiency Nova Scotia’s programs help Nova Scotians achieve their energy goals, save money, conserve resources, improve well-being, and combat climate change.
Green Schools Nova Scotia – Green Schools Nova Scotia provides energy efficiency education to students from Gr. P-12 through engaging presentations and hands-on activities. Test your knowledge of energy consumption and learn about ways that kids can reduce energy use and have a positive impact on our environment.
Green Career Centre – A Green Career is a job focused on conserving or protecting the environment. We will explore opportunities in the Green Building Sector and help you identify careers that match your goals and passions.
ASHRAE Halifax – The Halifax ASHRAE Chapter will help visitors quantify how much power different lights and appliances consume by having them pedal on a stationary bike, and measuring their power output.
