Our summer camps inspire youth with fun, minds-on learning and active engagement in the arts and sciences, covering topics from space, to oceans, to animal superpowers and more!
Registration for 2026 camps will open early for members on Monday, March 2nd at 10:00am.
General public registration will open on Wednesday, March 4th at 10:00am.
Drop off and pick up time and signing in/out procedures
- Drop off time: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
- Pick up time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Please note that parents/guardians (or their designates identified during registration) will need to sign-in their children each morning at arrival, unless a waiver has been signed permitting youth 12 years and older (only) to self-sign in/out.
Parents/guardians or their designates are required to pick up their children no later than 5:00pm and are required to show identification.
Behaviour agreement
Parents/guardians and campers will be asked to acknowledge a camp behaviour agreement outlining the requirement to adhere to behaviour expectations, and the need to stay home if exhibiting symptoms of a communicable illness.
What to bring
Provide your camper with a lunch, two snacks, a water bottle, and a change of clothes.
Policies
Refund: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the start date of the registered camp to receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee per camp, per child. Cancellations requested within less than 14 days of the camp start date, without medical exemption, will not be refunded.
Pick up: Late pick up fee is $15 for every 15 minutes late or portion thereof (ie. 5 minutes late is $15 and 20 minutes late is $30)
Registration: Please note that summer camps are designed for school aged children. Children must already have completed Primary and be going into Grade 1 this fall to be eligible for Discovery Centre Summer Camps.
