SUMMARY:Solar Eclipse Viewing Party
DESCRIPTION:Online tickets or a membership are required for entry before 5pm\, Monday April 8. Ticket or membership holders will receive free glasses to safely enjoy the solar eclipse\, as well as indoor viewing and programming. Walk-ins are welcome from 5pm-7:30pm but are not guaranteed glasses. \nEmbark on an extraordinary journey at Discovery Centre’s Solar Eclipse Event! Be immersed in an unparalleled cosmic experience featuring special guests and a myriad of out-of-this-world activities. From engaging with experts in the field to safely observing the eclipse through solar telescopes and eclipse glasses\, you will have the opportunity to delve into the marvels of space exploration. With activities ranging from galactic scavenger hunts to hands-on learning about lunar missions and the science of space suits\, our event promises to ignite curiosity and inspire lifelong learners!   \nMonday\, April 8th\, 1:00PM – 7:30PM.\nEclipse viewing will happen at approximately 3:30PM – 5:30PM\, outside weather pending\, with live streaming inside. \n\n\nTickets Available!\n\n\nDiscovery Centre will have free safe viewing glasses available for participants while quantities last\, so book your tickets early!
